- Booth spaces are approximately 10 ft. x 10 ft.; if more space is needed, please contact Christine Daley
- The health fair and pow wow will take place in the Johnson County Community College Gymnasium
- Set-up will begin on Friday afternoon

- Organization recognized by the MC during the pow wow
- Cedar $1000 – $2499
- 1/4 of a page ad in the pow wow program
- Organization recognized by the MC during the pow wow

- 1/2 of a page ad in the pow wow program
- Organization’s name included on pow wow advertisements
- Organization’s name displayed at the pow wow on banners and/or posters
